Join the Sarpy County Museum on Sunday, September 25th at 2 p.m. as we hear from Catherine Kuper on the history of Fontenelle Forest.  Catherine, recently retired from 13 years with Fontenelle Forest. While there she coordinated monthly programs and outreach programs. Catherine has a background in education and psychology that has benefited her love of history.

Fontenelle Forest is recognized as a National Historic District and a National Natural Landmark on the Register of Historic Places. The National Register of Historical Places is commemorating 50 years of the legislative act that has preserved many of our historic sites, including the 19 listed in Sarpy County. This free event, held at the Sarpy County Museum, is open to the public.
